Oriental popcorn

Ingredients

| 2 | quarts | Fresh popped corn (no salt) |
| 6¼ | ounce | Cashews |
| 5 | ounces | Chow mein noodles |
| ¼ | cup | Butter, melted |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
Directions
Combine popcorn, nuts, and noodles. Combine butter, soy sauce, and ginger, stirring well; pour over popcorn mixture. Toss well. Pour into 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. Store in airtight container. Origin: FidoNet Cooking Echo Shared by: Randy Rigg
