Yield: 6 Servings
|4 tablespoons||Unsalted butter or|
|4 ounces||Sweet baking chocolate --|
|\N \N||Broken into pieces|
|2 tablespoons||Orange juice -- freshly|
|½ teaspoon||Orange rind -- finely|
1. Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add chocolate and stir until smooth.
2. Stir in orange juice and rind, adjusting to taste.
Makes ½ cup sauce.
* Timesaver Tip: Recipe can be prepared up to 5 days ahead and stored, covered, in refrigerator. Gently reheat in a saucepan or in a microwave oven.
Place butter and chocolate in a small glass bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 1 minute, stir, then microwave 1 to 3 minutes more. Stir in orange juice and rind. Preparation time: and timesaver tip same as above.
