Chocolate and creamy orange mousse

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Cocoa
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons Orange juice
2 teaspoons Grated orange rind
2 cups Stiffly whipped cream

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt butter; add cocoa then ⅔ cup milk, stirring until smooth & slightly thickened. Pour into med bowl; cool to room temp. Beat in 1 Tbls. orange juice & 1 tsp. rind. Fold in half the whipped cream. In med bowl, combine remaining milk, 1 Tbls. orange juice & 1 tsp. rind. Fold in remaining whipped cream.

Chill thoroughly. In 8 dessert dishes, spoon equal portions of chocolate mix, making a well in center of each. Spoon orange mix into center of each. Chill.
