Easy chocolate sauce

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cream of tartar |
| 1 | can | (5.3-oz) evaporated milk |
| 4 | Squares (1-oz) semi-sweet chocolate | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 18 | larges | Marshmallows |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| Chopped pecans | ||
Directions
Melt all ingredients except nuts in double boiler. Let cool. Stir in nuts and serve over ice cream. Yield: opproximately 2 cups.
