Easy chocolate sauce

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
1 can (5.3-oz) evaporated milk
4 Squares (1-oz) semi-sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon Vanilla
18 larges Marshmallows
1 pinch Salt
Chopped pecans

Melt all ingredients except nuts in double boiler. Let cool. Stir in nuts and serve over ice cream. Yield: opproximately 2 cups.
