Honey chocolate sauce

| 40 | millilitres | Honey; (2 tablespoons) |
| 40 | millilitres | Lemon juice; (2 tablespoons) |
| 50 | grams | Unsalted butter; (2 oz) |
| 20 | millilitres | Cornflour; (1 tablespoon) |
| 125 | millilitres | Water; (1/4 pint) |
Directions
Break the chocolate into a pan, then stir in all the other ingredients over a gentle heat until mixed together.
Bring to the boil stirring continuously and boil for a minute. Serve immediately.
