Honey chocolate sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 100 gram bar Cadbury's Bournville chocolate
40 millilitres Honey; (2 tablespoons)
40 millilitres Lemon juice; (2 tablespoons)
50 grams Unsalted butter; (2 oz)
20 millilitres Cornflour; (1 tablespoon)
125 millilitres Water; (1/4 pint)

Break the chocolate into a pan, then stir in all the other ingredients over a gentle heat until mixed together.

Bring to the boil stirring continuously and boil for a minute. Serve immediately.
