Open-faced sesame-pork sandwiches

| 8 | ounces | Boned Pork Cutlets; Tenderized |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sesame Seeds |
| Vegetable Cooking Spray | ||
| 1 | cup | Sliced Fresh Mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | Thinly Sliced Onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mango Chutney |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dijon Mustard |
| 1 | Whole Wheat English Muffins; Split And Toasted | |
Directions
Rub garlic over both sides of pork; sprinkle both sides evenly with sesame seeds. Place a medium skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done. Remove pork from skillet; set aside, and keep warm. Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel. Recoat pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms and onion; saute 3 minutes. Stir in chutney and mustard; cook 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Place pork on English muffin halves; top each with half of mushroom mixture.
