Onion-cheese muffins

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Biscuit mix
1 teaspoon Onion salt
¾ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 each (3 1/2 oz.) can french-fried onions, crumbled
1 each Egg
1 cup Milk

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; beat 1 minute. Fill medium sized, greased muffin tins ⅔ full. Bake at 400 about 15 minutes.

Serve Warm.
