Oatmeal maple syrup drop cookies

Yield: 48 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Shortening
1 cup Maple Syrup
1 \N Egg, beaten
1½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
¼ cup Milk
½ cup Seedless Raisins
1½ cup Oatmeal
½ cup Nutmeats

Beat shortening, syrup and egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add to the shortening mixture alternately with the milk, mix well. Add raisins, oatmeal and nuts. Drop by spoon on a greased cookie sheet, leaving space between them. Bake in a preheated 375oF oven for 15 minutes
