Maple oatmeal drops

Ingredients

½cupFirmly packed brown sugar
1eachEgg
½cupMaple syrup (dark)
cupDairy sour cream
cupAll purpose flour
1teaspoonBaking soda
½teaspoonGround cinnamon
½teaspoonGround ginger
¼teaspoonSalt
cupRolled oats (quick)

Directions

In a small bowl or mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, maple syrup and sour cream. Beat well. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats. Drop by spoonful on greased pan. Bake at 375ø 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Makes 4 Dozen Cookies.
