(you can cheat and use
Canned)
1packLipton brand dry soup mix
1canCampbells brand mushroom
Soup
1teaspoonGarlic powder
1dashLouisiana Hot Sauce --
(optional)
Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingrediants, cover tightly, bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Don't peek! Serve hot over noodles. (A Cajun friend who went only by his first name which I have translated into polite language taught me this when I was quite young. I found in later years that people outside Louisiana refer to this dish as Beef Stroganoff...) Posted by SSpahn.
