Layered casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground turkey breast or chicken breast |
| ¾ | cup | Onion; chopped |
| ½ | Green pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | cup | 1% cottage cheese |
| 1 | can | (8-oz) tomato sauce |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lite sour cream |
| 6 | tablespoons | Lite cream cheese |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Fat free cheese |
| 3 | cups | Cooked pasta; drained |
| Black pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer 7-8 minutes. In large bowl combine green pepper, cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Spray large casserole dish (9x13-inch) with non-stick cooking spray. Cover bottom with pasta. Add a layer of meat mixture. Pour cottage cheese mixture for next layer and top with shredded fat free cheese.Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Entire recipe makes 8 servings.
