|1 can||Brown sugar beans(16oz)|
|¼ cup||Peach preserves|
|¼ teaspoon||Soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Tomato catsup|
|4||Chicken thighs or breasts|
1. Combine beans, catsup, preserves, onion and soy sauce in a 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
2. To coat chicken pieces evenly with sauce, nestle chicken in bean mixture, skin-side down; then turn pieces skin-side up. 3. Cover and bake in preheated 350'F. oven 1 hour. 4. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting chicken with sauce occasionally.
