Hoisin honey mustard vinaigrette, pk

Ingredient |

Apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons |
Hoisin sauce; or to taste |
2 teaspoons |
Honey |
4 teaspoons |
Stoneground mustard; or of choice |
Put all ingredients in a small bowl. Cream together until well blended.
Notes: I have used different types of vinegar when looking for a different taste and it turns out great.
