Mustard mayo-glazed tomato slices

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Tomatoes
2 tablespoons Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Chopped green onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon Each salt and pepper

Core and cut each tomato into 3 thick slices; arrange in shallow greased baking dish.
