Sliced tomato & onion salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 eaches Tomatoes, peeled & sliced crosswise
½ each Spanish onion -=OR=-
1 each Red onion, sliced into thin rings
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 each Garlic clove, crushed
\N \N Salt & pepper
\N \N Parsley, chopped
1 pinch Sweet paprika
1 pinch Cumin

Combine the tomato & onion slices. Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients & pour over the tomatoes & onion.
