Marinated tomato salad

Ingredients

cupThinly sliced tomatoes
½cupThinly sliced red onion
teaspoonDried basil
¾teaspoonDried tarragon
¼teaspoonDried oregano
¼cupRed wine vinegar
2tablespoonsPlus (see next line) vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place tomatoes and onions in a shallow bowl, overlapping slightly.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. chill several hours to blend flavors.
