Yield: 6 Servings
|1¼ cup||Water; warmed|
|2 tablespoons||Butter; softened|
|1⅓ cup||Bread flour|
|1⅓ cup||Whole Wheat Flour|
|1 cup||Multi-grain or 7 grain cereal *|
|3 tablespoons||Packed brown sugar|
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or light crust color.
Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
NOTE: Look for 7-grain cereal in the health food or hot cereal section of your supermarket.
