Multigrain loaf - 1 1/2 pound

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Water; warmed
2 tablespoons Butter; softened
1⅓ cup Bread flour
1⅓ cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Multi-grain or 7 grain cereal *
3 tablespoons Packed brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon Salt
2½ teaspoon Yeast

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or light crust color.

Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

NOTE: Look for 7-grain cereal in the health food or hot cereal section of your supermarket.
