Multi blend fruit cobbler

Measure Ingredient
1½ tablespoon Butter
1½ cup AM Multi Blend Flour
1 teaspoon Non-alum baking powder
½ cup Honey
1 \N Egg, beaten or egg replacer
1 cup Milk or milk substitute
2 cups Fruit fresh or canned, drained

Melt butter in a 9" x 9" pan. Mix the Multi Blend flour, baking powder, honey, egg and milk. Pour mixture into butter. Add the fruit on top of batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 F.
