1½ cup | AM Multi Blend Flour |
1 teaspoon | Non-alum baking powder |
½ cup | Honey |
1 \N | Egg, beaten or egg replacer |
1 cup | Milk or milk substitute |
2 cups | Fruit fresh or canned, drained |
Melt butter in a 9" x 9" pan. Mix the Multi Blend flour, baking powder, honey, egg and milk. Pour mixture into butter. Add the fruit on top of batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 F.
