Reserve 1 pint of strawberries. Put the rest and the other berries in a heavy pot and sprinkle with two-thirds cup of sugar and the flour. In a food processor puree the reserved strawberries with 1 cup of sugar and the vanilla. Pour the puree over the berry mixture and bring to a boil, stirring. Pour the fruit mixture into a 9- x 13- x 2-inch baking dish. Drop the prepared biscuit dough by spoonfuls on top of the hot fruit until it is almost covered. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar over the dough. Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the top is lightly browned. Cool slightly and serve.
