Moroccan spice rub

Yield: 1 /2 cup

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Ground cumin
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Cayenne
½ teaspoon Ground cloves
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Chopped garlic
¼ cup Olive oil

Moroccan Spice Rub: Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend, scraping the sides occasionally, until you have a paste.

Note: Leftover spice rub is great for grilled pork chops.
