Latin-style spice rub

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Cumin
¼ cup Chili powder
2 tablespoons Coriander seeds, crushed
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons Salt
1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons Black pepper, fresh ground

Combine all the ingredients and grind to a powder in a spice mill, coffee grinder, or with a mortar and pestle. Cover in a cool, dark place, it will keep for about 6 weeks.
