Latin-style spice rub

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Cumin |
| ¼ | cup | Chili powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Coriander seeds, crushed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar, packed |
| 2 | tablespoons | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Red pepper flakes |
| 2 | tablespoons | Black pepper, fresh ground |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and grind to a powder in a spice mill, coffee grinder, or with a mortar and pestle. Cover in a cool, dark place, it will keep for about 6 weeks.
