Mock crab meat

Measure Ingredient
1 large Drum or sheephead; cut large filets
1 \N Box crab boil
1 \N Lemon; sliced
1 large Onion; quarter
2 cloves Garlic; peel


Boil fish with crab boil, lemons, onions, and garlic until fish starts to flake. Cool. Remove skin and use as you would crabmeat. In a salad, it is hard to tell the difference.
