Hot crabmeat sandwiches

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Crabmeat
3 \N Eggs; hard-boiled,chopped
3 \N Green onion; chopped
¼ cup Black olives
\N \N Salt and pepper; to taste
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 dash Curry powder
¼ \N Head lettuce; chopped

Combine all above ingredients. Butter and lightly toast 6 English muffins (split) 12 tomato slices, ¼ inch thick 12 slices Mozzarella cheese. Place slice of tomato on each muffin. Top with equal portions of crabmeat mixture. Top this with slice of cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 18 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is slightly browned. Tuna or shrimp may be substituted for crabmeat.
