Mock crab cakes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Grated zucchini
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 \N Eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Crab spice or to taste
\N \N Grated onion, optional
\N \N Grated celery, optional

Grate zucchini. Mix all ingredients together. Fry in skillet until browned on both sides.
