Mock crab cakes

| 1 | cup | Italian bread crumbs |
| 2 | Eggs, beaten | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | teaspoon | Crab spice or to taste |

| Grated celery, optional | ||
Directions
Grate zucchini. Mix all ingredients together. Fry in skillet until browned on both sides.
