|1 can||Black-eyed peas; drained|
|¼ cup||Cider vinegar|
|¼ cup||Salad oil|
|1 small||Onion; chopped finely|
|Tabasco sauce or chopped red or green hot pepper to taste|
Mix and marinate at least 8 hrs. Serve with snack crackers.
