Caviar dip

| 3 | tablespoons | Caviar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Onion; minced |
| Hard cooked eggs; sliced | ||
| Toast rounds or Melbas | ||
Directions
Fold the caviar and onion into the heavy cream. Serve with sliced egg on Melba toast or similar crackers.
To reduce fat try low-fat sour cream and yogurt combined with just a dash of sugar and thinned with a bit of milk in place of the cream.
