2 cans | Hominy (drained 1 white; 1 yellow |
1 can | (small) sliced black olives (drained) |
1 can | (small) sliced jalapenos (drained) |
1 cup | Chopped green or red bell pepper |
1 cup | Chopped green onions |
3 \N | Fresh tomatoes chopped |
1 \N | Bottle (8 ounce) Italian salad dressing |
Rinse all the "drained" items well. Then combine the "drained" items with all the other ingredients and marinate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
