Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
16ouncesCooked blackeyed peas
1cupFinely chopped peppers
1cupFinely chopped onions
1smallJar chopped pimientos; drained
1smallJar finely chopped jalapenos; drained
½tablespoonFresh chopped garlic
1cupGolden Italian dressing

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Drain off some of the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or with tortilla chips.
