Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | cup | Pretzel crumbs |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 4 | ounces | Can green chiles deseeded and chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chorizo sausage, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chili seasoning |
| 2 | Cloves garlic, crushed | |
| 8 | ounces | Monterey Jack Cheese |
| 2 | Green peppers | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended. Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.
Serves 4-6.
