Ingredients

1cupPretzel crumbs
½cupChopped onion
4ouncesCan green chiles deseeded and chopped
2tablespoonsChorizo sausage, chopped
1tablespoonChili seasoning
2Cloves garlic, crushed
8ouncesMonterey Jack Cheese
2Green peppers

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended. Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
