Meatloaf supreme

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef -or-
1 pounds Ground beef -and-
1 pounds Ground pork
1 cup Shredded carrots (use the slicer side of a four-sided grater)
1 cup Saltines (22 crackers); coarsely crumbled by hand
1 cup Sour cream (up to)
½ cup Chopped onions (depending upon taste)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 Clove garlic minced

Combine. Bake at 350 for ninety minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
