Meatloaf italian style

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Can tomatoes
2 pounds Lean beef round -- trimmed
\N \N Of
\N \N Fat -- ground
2 \N Onions -- chopped
½ \N To 1 clove garlic; minced
\N \N Or 1/8 t. garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Dried oregano

Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Chop tomatoes; mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake at 350 one hour, basting frequently with reserved tomato juice. Per Serving: Calories--225⅖ Carbohydrate--5⅒ grams Fat--11½ grams Recipe By :
