Meat loaf with hard-boiled eggs

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Minced onion
1 teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Evaporated milk
2 tablespoons Catsup

Mix all ingredients together. Put part of meat in casserole. Place hard-boiled eggs in middle and place the rest of the meat on top. As you slice it you will have a slice of egg with your meat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
