Master baking mix

Measure Ingredient
10 cups Flour
⅓ cup Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Salt
2 cups Shortening

Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture is texture of coarse cornmeal. Keep stored in labeled, tightly closed container 1 to 6 months in pantry in dry weather. In hot or humid weather, keep in the refrigerator. Use as required in place of "Bisquick" or other "Baking Mixes" in recipes.
