Basic baking mix (sweet)

| 3¼ | cup | All-purpose flour; unsifted |
| 2¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
| ½ | cup | Cornstarch |
| 1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
