Mary's onolicious cheesy onion biscuits

| ¼ | cup | Butter |
| ½ | medium | Maui onion; grated |
| 2 | cups | Bisquick baking mix |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded |

In a medium skillet melt butter; add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Cool. Add the Bisquick, sour cream and cheddar cheese to the onion/butter mixture and mix together. The batter will be stiff. Drop by large spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet.
