Cheesy ham biscuits

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Tube refrigerated ready to bake biscuits
4 slices Baked ham OR turkey breast,, cut in pieces
4 slices Monterey jack cheese OR other cheese,, cut in pieces
4 teaspoons Honey mustard

Open biscuit dough by peeling back wrapper until container pops. Separate dough into biscuits. Divide each biscuit in half, sandwich style. Place a piece of ham and small slice of cheese on one biscuit half. Spread ½ teaspoon of mustard on another half. Pinch two halves together. Repeat until you have used all biscuit halves.
