Cheesy herb biscuits

| 2 | cups | All-Purpose Flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Baking Powder |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter Flavor Shortening. |
| ¾ | cup | Milk |
| ½ | cup | Grated Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped Chives |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chopped Parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon | Basil |
Directions
Preheat Roast-Air oven to 450 degrees. Combine flour and baking powder in medium mixing bowl; cut in shortening until mixture crumbles. Stir in milk, cheese and herbs just until moistened. Knead ten times on lightly floured surface. Roll into rectangle ½-inch thick. With 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut 18-20 rounds. Place half the biscuit rounds on 14x8x12 inch baking sheet. Place baking sheet on rack. Set rack in preheated cookwell, cover; plug in Roast-Air fan. Air-bake 8-10 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. Remove biscuits with spatula onto cooling rack. Repeat with remaining biscuit rounds.
