Mapled apple crisp

Measure Ingredient
48 \N Tart sweet baking apples peeled cut into 1/2 wedges
¼ cup Maple syrup
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
⅓ cup Coarsely chopped walnuts
½ cup All purpose flour
½ cup Dark brown sugar, packed
¼ cup Unsalted butter or margarine, cut into bits
3 tablespoons Wheat germ
½ cup Rolled oats
