Maple syrup sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Maple syrup
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Fresh cream; (35 percent)
¼ teaspoon Vanilla

Combine ingredients and boil until the sauce is reduced by half. Pour over ice cream or warm apple coffee cake.
