|3 tablespoons||Fat from roast turkey drippings; or butter|
|3 tablespoons||All purpose flour|
|½ cup||Reserved turkey cooking juices; or chicken stock|
|1¼ cup||Chicken stock; or giblet stock|
|½ cup||Pure maple syrup|
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
Heat turkey fat in a heavy pan over medium heat. Add flour and stir constantly 2-3 minutes until flour turns golden. Slowly stir in remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer mixture about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until gravy thickens.
