3 tablespoons | All purpose flour |
½ cup | Reserved turkey cooking juices; or chicken stock |
1¼ cup | Chicken stock; or giblet stock |
½ cup | Pure maple syrup |
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
Heat turkey fat in a heavy pan over medium heat. Add flour and stir constantly 2-3 minutes until flour turns golden. Slowly stir in remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer mixture about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until gravy thickens.
