Magic meat loaf

Ingredients

| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | cup | Green pepper, chopped |
| 1 | Packet (3/4 to 1 ounce) | |
| Brown gravy mix | ||
| ½ | cup | Onion, chopped |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | MiIk |
| 1 | cup | Cracker crumbs |
| 6 | To 8 smalI potatoes, cut up | |
Directions
Mix alI ingredients, except potatoes, in large bowl. Shape into a loaf. Place in CROCK-POT. Place potatoes at the sides of loaf. (If potatoes are peeled, wrap in foil to keep from darkening). Cover and cook on Low 10 hours.
VARIATION: Omit gravy mix and milk-add one 8-ounce can tomato sauce.
Stir half into remaining ingredients. Shape into loaf and place in CROCK-POT. Pour remaining sauce over top of loaf and bake as directed above. From Rival Crock-pot cook book, date unknown From: Crock.zip
