M & m chocolate graham goodies

| 1¼ | cup | All Purpose Flour |
| 1¼ | cup | Graham Cracker Crumbs |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 12 | ounces | M&M's Semi Sweet Chocolate |

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream Crisco & sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract, blending well. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, blend well into creamed mixture. By hand, stir in M&M bits. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until set. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Cool 1 minute before removing to wire rack; cool completely. Store in tightly covered container.
VARIATION: To make Chocolate Graham Goodies S'mores, sandwich two cookies together by spreading bottoms of half the cookies with 1 teaspoon of marshmallo cream; place the bottom of a second cookie on the cream.
