Graham crackers

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Softened butter or margarine
⅔ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Molasses
½ cup Water
2¾ cup Whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
\N \N Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream together butter, sugar, and molasses in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until mixed well. Lightly cover bowl with towel and let sit for 30 for 45 minutes. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface. With a floured rolling pin, roll the dough out tto about a ⅛-inch thickness. Cut into long rectangles or squares (or any other shape that suits your fancy - you can use cookie cutters). Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
