Luby's green pea salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
32 ounces Green peas, rinsed and drained
1 cup Cheddar cheese, 4 oz.; finely diced
1 cup Celery; diced
½ cup Sweet pickles; thinly sliced
½ cup Red bell pepper or pimiento diced
½ cup Mayonnaise
\N \N Salt; to taste
\N \N Freshly ground black pepper to taste
