2 tablespoons | Oil, salad |
1 \N | Onion; chopped |
1 cup | Celery; chopped |
1 can | Soup, mushroom; undiluted |
1 cup | Cheese, Cheddar; shredded |
2 cups | Beans, lima; cooked |
¼ cup | Milk |
Brown liver in oil. Add onion and celery; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
