Liver casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Liver, beef; cut in 1\"pieces |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil, salad |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 1 | cup | Celery; chopped |
| 1 | can | Soup, mushroom; undiluted |
| 1 | cup | Cheese, Cheddar; shredded |
| 2 | cups | Beans, lima; cooked |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
Directions
Brown liver in oil. Add onion and celery; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
