|1 pounds||Liver, beef; cut in 1\"pieces|
|2 tablespoons||Oil, salad|
|1 \N||Onion; chopped|
|1 cup||Celery; chopped|
|1 can||Soup, mushroom; undiluted|
|1 cup||Cheese, Cheddar; shredded|
|2 cups||Beans, lima; cooked|
Brown liver in oil. Add onion and celery; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
