Liver casserole

Ingredients

1poundsLiver, beef; cut in 1\"pieces
2tablespoonsOil, salad
1Onion; chopped
1cupCelery; chopped
1canSoup, mushroom; undiluted
1cupCheese, Cheddar; shredded
2cupsBeans, lima; cooked
¼cupMilk

Directions

Brown liver in oil. Add onion and celery; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
