Liver casserole

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Liver, beef; cut in 1\"pieces
2 tablespoons Oil, salad
1 \N Onion; chopped
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 can Soup, mushroom; undiluted
1 cup Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
2 cups Beans, lima; cooked
¼ cup Milk

Brown liver in oil. Add onion and celery; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
