Broiled liver

Yield: 1 serving

Measure Ingredient
1 slice Calf's Liver
\N \N Butter
3 slices Bacon
1 \N Bermuda onion; sliced
\N \N Sauce Marchand de Vin

Preheat the broiler. Brush the liver with butter. Broil 1 minute per side. Saute the bacon slices to your liking. Saute the onion slices in the bacon drippings until soft. Place the sautee bacon slices on top of the liver. Place the sauteed onion slices on top of the bacon slices. Serve with Sauce Marchand de Vin (Mushroom Wine Sauce).
