Linda's broccoli cornbread

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box frozen chopped broccoli; thawed and drained
1 medium Onion; chopped
6 ounces Cottage cheese
4 \N Eggs; beaten
½ cup Butter; melted
1 pack Jiffy cornbread mix
½ cup Mozzarella or cheddar cheese; grated and softened
½ cup Fresh mushrooms; sliced

Spray a 8 inch or 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
