Linda's broccoli cornbread

| 1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
| 6 | ounces | Cottage cheese |
| 4 | Eggs; beaten | |
| ½ | cup | Butter; melted |
| 1 | pack | Jiffy cornbread mix |
| ½ | cup | Mozzarella or cheddar cheese; grated and softened |
| ½ | cup | Fresh mushrooms; sliced |

Spray a 8 inch or 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
