Broccoli corn bread

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cottage cheese |
| 1 | pack | Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (10 oz.) |
| ¾ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ½ | cup | Butter or margarine, melted, divided |
| 2 | packs | Corn bread/muffin mix (8 1/2 oz. ea.) |
Directions
In a mixing bowl. lightly beat eggs. Add cottage cheese, broccoli, onion, 6 tablespoons butter and muffin mix; beat well. pour remaining butter into a 10-inch ovenproof skillet; pour batter into skillet.
