Broccoli bread

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 ounce) chopped broccoli; thawed, drained
¾ cup Cottage cheese
1 large Onion; chopped fine
4 \N Eggs; beaten
½ cup Margarine; melted
1 pack Cornmeal mix; (8 oz)

Mix first 5 ingredients until thoroughly blended. Add cornbread mix stirring until just moistened. Pour batter into 10 inch cast iron skillet coated with vegetable spray and bake at 425-F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Yield: 10 wedges.
