Broccoli bread

Ingredients

1pack(10 ounce) chopped broccoli; thawed, drained
¾cupCottage cheese
1largeOnion; chopped fine
4Eggs; beaten
½cupMargarine; melted
1packCornmeal mix; (8 oz)

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients until thoroughly blended. Add cornbread mix stirring until just moistened. Pour batter into 10 inch cast iron skillet coated with vegetable spray and bake at 425-F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Yield: 10 wedges.
