Lola's cornbread

Ingredients

| 1¾ | cup | Cornmeal |
| 2 | Rounded Tbsp. sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt (scant) |
| 2 | cups | Buttermilk |
| 2 | Slightly beaten eggs | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add buttermilk and mix, then eggs and oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes in a greased and floured 9 inch square pan.
